SAPO-34 molecular sieve has CHA eight-unit ring pore structure and space group R3m, eight-unit ring ellipsoidal cage and three-dimensional cross pore formed by tripartite crystal system double six-unit ring stacking, pore size is 0.38nm×0.38nm, belongs to small pore molecular sieve.
SAPO-34 has been widely used in adsorption and catalysis fields with special water absorption and proton acidity. MTO catalyst with SAPO-34 molecular sieve as the active component catalyzes methanol to olefin reaction, the methanol conversion rate reaches up to 100%, and the selectivity of low carbon olefin is higher than 90%, which fully demonstrates the superiority of SAPO-34 molecular sieve in MTO reaction. The hydrophobic SAPO-34 molecular sieve has excellent performance in the field of selective catalytic denitrification of diesel vehicle tail gas. SAPO-34 can also be used as an olefin cracking catalyst.
