Which molecular sieve is best for oxygen concentrator?

The key to PSA(Pressure Swing Adsorption) gas separation technology is the choice of adsorbent. The performance of the adsorbent directly affects the final separation performance, and even affects the selection of process steps and the vitality of PSA. 

Usually, PSA oxygen production uses A-type and X-type molecular sieves, but because of its low separation selectivity and small nitrogen adsorption capacity, the development of PSA oxygen production technology is restricted. Based on this situation, many companies are actively conducting research, development and promotion of new oxygen generation adsorbents.

As we all know, the basis of pressure swing adsorption oxygen production is molecular sieve. The N2 equilibrium adsorption capacity and separation coefficient of lithium low-silicon oxygen production molecular sieves are more than 2 times that of traditional oxygen-enriched adsorbents (see Table 1), and the adsorption rate is also much higher than that of traditional oxygen-enriched adsorbents.
